PEDIATRIC CYSTOSCOPY

Pediatric cystoscopy is a minimally invasive procedure used to visually examine the inside of the bladder and urinary tract in infants, children, and adolescents. It involves inserting a thin, flexible tube with a camera (cystoscope) through the urethra into the bladder to evaluate the anatomy and identify any abnormalities, such as structural defects, inflammation, stones, tumors, or obstructions.
